Recently, regions such as Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, the Granite Belt , Moreton Bay islands, and beautiful Brisbane Valley have become very popular, with visitors choosing to indulge in day-trips, or even to spend time tin some of thes lovely areas.

Toowoomba , where I live, will delight you with its amazing gardens and parks, Japanese Gardens and incredible heritage buildings .

Don't forget the wineries from Toowoomba south to the Border - Stanthorpe is a well known area for romantic winter getaways.



Climate: Summer's average temperature is 30˚C  but a bit stciky. Air conditioning is a good idea when selecting your accommodation. Winters are mild and pleasant.
